Ubiquiti Picostation M2 Kernel Error

Hallo,

heute habe ich eine Ubiquiti Picostation M2 HP in Betrieb genommen.
Geflasht habe ich diese mit dem Ruhrgebietimage gluon-ffrg-0.6-ubiquiti-bullet-m.bin.

VPN habe ich ausgeschaltet, da diese ausschließlich als repeater dienen soll und kein WAN hat.

Gewollt kann ein Kernel Error ja nicht sein, kann dies jemand mit einer Picostation bestätigen oder habe ich einen Fehler gemacht?

Eine weitere Frage ist wie ich per ssh auf die Pico zugreifen oder sie zurücksetzen kann wenn diese mal nicht im FF hängt?

Bei gleicher Konfiguration wirft hier eine Picostation keine Probleme aus:

  • Ruhrgebiet
  • 0.6 gluon
  • Kein WAN angeschlossen

Das scheinen aber nur warnings zu sein? Die Funktion der Picostation ist nicht beeinträchtigt.

Nicht das dies jetzt der Fall ist, es geht mir nur darum wenn es soweit sein sollte :smile: Eine Fehlkonfiguration und WLAN läuft nicht mehr wäre ja ansonsten der supergau.

Die PoE Netzteile von Ubiquity haben ein kleines „reset Loch“ in der Nähe der Lananschlüsse. Das muss ca. 10 Sekunden betätigt werden, um die picostation in den Konfigurationsmodus zu schicken.

Ich verstehe die Frage nicht so recht.
In Deinem Log sehe ich enen malloc-failure, keinen „kernel-error“ sehe ich nicht.

Sprich: Was ist Dein konkretes Problem?

Falls es um den Speichermangel geht:
Alles was mit IPv6 auf dem WAN-Anschluss zu tun hat abschalten. ggf. ein OpenWRT als Nat-Gateway/Routerkaskade davorschalten und dort explizit IPv6 abschalten.
Dann wird es in der Regel besser.

Ansonsten: Bis zum Domainsplit warten, damit nicht mehr ständig (und mehrfach parallel) dhcp6-scripts gestartet werden. Das ist kein Geräte-Fehler, sondern ein Domain-Fehler: Zu viele Freifunk-Router, zu viele Clients, zu schlechtes OpenWRT.
