you created a loop in your network, remove the Lan2-cable or the black cable between the 201 and the 205.
Your setup should work, but you have to set the default gateway advertised by the dhcp-server to 192.168.1.1 not 192.168.1.210. Not all standard router support beeing the dhcp server but not the default gateway.
Which default gateway do your wifi clients get? If they are set to 210, this is your problem.
Did you enable the second LAN-port on your second CPE? I’m not sure if it is bridged by default, actually I think, it isn’t.
